Finance Agent

A finance agent who only works with numbers all day is an outdated concept – at least for us. Because in our finance department, next to receivables and payables, you will also get a taste of project administration, time management and much more. Does this sound interesting? Then keep reading!

This is what you will do as a finance agent. As a finance agent at Pro Contact, you will mainly do back end work with a fun team. It may seem like your work takes place behind the scenes, but in reality, you are fully present on the work floor. Your colleagues need you and your orderly brain for their projects and schedules, among other things. Your duties include:

• Debtor management and account administration;
• Accounting;
• Project administration;
• Time management (experience with Exact Online is an advantage);
• Invoicing;
• Data interpretation, elaboration, visualization and reporting>

What do you bring as a Finance Agent?

A love for numbers, an accurate eye and a structural work attitude; that is the most important thing. As a Finance Agent, you also have strong communication skills, because you will be in frequent contact with both clients and colleagues. Furthermore, you bring with you:

• Minimum HBO (undergraduate) working and thinking level;
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
• Knowledge of Exact Online.
