“I started at Pro Contact in 2018 in inside sales. Since then I’ve sat in just about every chair in this company: project manager, marketing director, and now managing director. So I’ve personally carried out every process our clients deal with: and that makes a difference in the conversations I have.
What I steer towards now is leading instead of following. Pro Contact was the pioneer of the RPO model in the Netherlands, and you don’t hold on to that position by doing what you did last year. Job marketing, employer branding and recruitment under one roof: that’s the infrastructure we use to make organisations structurally stronger. What drives me is innovation: new channels, new technology, and the question of what recruitment will look like in five years.
