In the spotlight with a careers website.
A careers page is the place where future colleagues find out whether you're a good match. That way you get them excited before they even walk through your door.
What is a careers website?
A careers website is a dedicated website built entirely to appeal to your potential future colleagues, whereas your company website is built to attract customers.
You only get one chance at a first impression.
How you make it is up to you. Anything is possible: think vacancies, but also testimonials, photos and video, core values and the history of your company. This is where candidates discover your organisation. And since you only get one chance at a first impression, you'd better get it right straight away.

Everything your new colleague is looking for, in 1 place
When do you use a careers website?
You use a careers website as soon as recruitment is no longer a side issue for you: you're always looking for new colleagues and want to give candidates one place to discover whether you're a good match.
For you if:
your vacancies are currently tucked away on a page of your company website.
candidates do find you, but drop out before they apply.
you want to show what it's really like to work with you.
Already have a careers website, but want more applicants? Then job marketing or RPO is a better fit.
This is how we work.
Nobody knows your organisation better than you. So if you want a tailor-made careers website, your input is crucial. Through regular check-ins we keep you up to date, and you keep us up to date. In the end you get a website that looks good and works well.
01Introduction, structure & design
First, let's get to know each other. We're happy to tell you who we are, but we're even more curious about your story: what do you stand for, and which colleagues are you looking for? Then we build a smart plan. What do we want on the website and how should it look? The goal is to make your careers website not just good-looking, but also user-friendly and built to convert.

02Creating content
Now for the magic: copy, photos and videos that show why working with you is so great. No slick sales talk, but real stories, told by your current colleagues.

03Build, connect & go live
Our developers put everything together neatly and make sure the site is fast and user-friendly. We connect the vacancies to your ATS or HR system for a smooth process. Then we test, click and try everything out, and after that: live! And don't worry, we keep measuring and adjusting so your site keeps performing at its best.

Careers websites we're proud of.
More than a hundred companies have had their careers website (re)designed by Pro Contact. For these clients, the careers website was part of a broader recruitment approach. Curious what it delivered? Take a look at these examples.
Will you be our next success story?
The benefits of a careers website.
A careers website strengthens your employer brand, brings in more and better applicants and lowers your recruitment costs. Here's what you can expect.

Strengthen your employer brand
A careers site shows who you are as an employer, including your culture, values and colleagues. That way you attract people who are a good fit.

More and better applicants
By writing every vacancy attractively and organising them clearly, we make sure candidates know exactly where they stand.

Lower recruitment costs
A good careers site works as your own recruitment machine. You invest once and reap the rewards for years.

The people behind your careers site.

All about careers websites?
Didn't find what you were looking for? Ask your question via our contact form and we'll help you think about the next step. You'll speak to one of our colleagues.
How is a careers website different from a careers page?
A careers page is part of your company website. While that's certainly an option, a careers website has more advantages. Splitting the websites lets you measure better (and so optimise better), and both websites are also found more easily by Google. On top of that, you make life easy for candidates by bringing all the information about you as an employer together clearly in one place.
A separate careers website next to your company website?
Yes, you can. In fact, we highly recommend it. Why? Because people visiting your company website probably do so with a different goal than those interested in you as an employer. And once you can tell those two audiences apart, you can approach them more specifically. That way prospective customers become real customers, and prospective candidates may well become your colleagues through a tailor-made careers website.
What happens after I get in touch?
After your request, we schedule a short intake to go through your wishes. Then we put together a tailor-made proposal, including planning and costs. As soon as you approve, we get straight to work building your careers site.
Is the careers site connected to our ATS or other systems?
Yes. We can set up a connection with Recruitee. We create a dedicated client environment for your organisation, so vacancies are loaded and managed automatically. That keeps everything central and clear.
How long before my careers website is online?
On average we deliver a site in 8 to 10 weeks. That depends on the size and complexity of the project. Smaller sites are often ready sooner, larger projects sometimes need a little more time.
Do I need to supply copy and photos myself?
You can, but you don't have to. If you already have copy or visuals, we'll use them. No time or no material? Then we'll take care of it. Our team writes compelling copy, we can generate visuals and we have an in-house photography team to create strong employer branding images. Want to know more about our photography? Take a look at Photo & video.
